Survey Supervisor

Responsible for supervision of survey staff. Duties include:

• ·Scheduling and monitoring of daily activities of survey technicians and field personnel; providing mentoring, training, continuing education, and assessment of survey personnel
• Communication with client concerning project schedule and crew availability; adjustment of project for compliance to time and budget constraints
• Familiarity with County and City regulations and law; activities related to professional education, growth, and technological advancement.

Survey Crew Chief

Responsible for daily activity of survey crew. Duties include:

• Collection of daily assignments, supplies, and equipment
• Monitoring of crew members' activities, including performance levels and safe working practices
• Maintaining professional documentation, performing calculations, and reviewing data and assignments

Survey Technician

Must demonstrate sound communications skills and represent the firm in a professional manner. Duties include:

• Assisting Project Managers and Supervisors with final plots, blueprints, and document deliveries
• Assisting in preparation of field assignments; editing and troubleshooting incoming data collection files; and utilizing survey crew field notes and importing data into CAD files
• Performing courthouse research, and conducting utility investigations and site inspections as needed to resolve questions
• Utilizing company equipment, digital cameras, scanners, and software to assist with preparing of survey drawings and documents; and organizing and maintaining project technical files
